Founder-led, and operated from Amman
Folowise is founder-led. The same person who owns the company is accountable for technical direction and for what ships — there is no layer between the people deciding and the people delivering.
Leadership is listed here by role rather than by name at this stage. What a client can actually check is published instead and in detail: the work we have delivered, the prices we charge, the way an engagement runs, and the commitments we make in writing.

How engagements are staffed
Who actually does the work
Engagements are delivered by a technical team working from Amman, with the disciplines above engaged according to what the project needs. A small internal tool and a platform rebuild do not need the same people, and we do not pretend otherwise by assigning a fixed template to both.
Where a client wants to hire engineers directly rather than buy a delivery outcome, that runs through our Engineering Teams practice, which publishes who employs the engineer, who manages them, what the replacement window is, and the price for every role and level.

- Technology & Engineering, and Business Development. Digital marketing is an Academy teaching track, not a service you can hire us for.
- Certifications
- Folowise is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. We would rather say so here than let you find out during procurement.
- Ownership
- Code, infrastructure and accounts are handed over. Engagements end with your team holding the keys.
