What this is
Companies in the Gulf, Europe and the US ask us for an engineer or a team from Jordan. We shortlist from this bench, then employ whoever is accepted on a Jordanian contract with Folowise, working inside the client's team.
Folowise, on a formal Jordanian contract with social security. The client runs your day to day; we are the employer.
We do, monthly and in JOD, whatever the client's invoice timing. Annual and sick leave are in the contract.

I want to register on the Folowise engineering bench: a talent pool in Amman, Jordan. Folowise employs engineers on a Jordanian contract and places them with client teams abroad.
1. Fetch the form contract: GET /api/public/engineering-teams/candidates/contract
2. Read my CV (attached) and fill every field you can from it. Ask me only for what is missing or unclear, and confirm the two required picks with me: role and level.
3. Show me the filled values and the consentText from the contract. Do not send until I say yes.
4. POST multipart/form-data to the endpoint in the contract: the CV as "attachment", source=agent, consent=true.
5. Tell me the profile id from the response and remind me to open the confirmation email.Whichever way: you get a confirmation email, and nothing is live until you open it.

Folowise. Your contract is Jordanian and with us, social security is on us, and pay comes from us monthly. The client runs your day to day and interviews you before placement, but does not sign your contract.
No. Only our talent team sees your profile, and we contact no current or past employer without your permission. Pick "within a month" for availability if you have a notice period.
Sunday to Thursday is the default, eight hours overlapping the client's clock. European and US clients may ask for a late start or a Friday in exchange for another day; it goes into your contract before you accept, not after.
By the technical task and the interview, not by years alone. The ladder is published on the "How we work" page, with what each level means and what we do not expect of it. We may place you above or below what you picked, and we say why.
The default is remote from Jordan. Some Gulf clients ask for on-site presence; that is a box you tick on the form, never something we impose later.
Yes, after twelve months on the placement, with no fee on you or on them. Before that the contract stays with us, because we carry the vetting and replacement cost.
